Heading Structure & a Clear H1

Headings outline the page for readers and assistive tech. Sourcer’s scoring includes heading structure — especially whether a clear H1 is present — as part of the SEO grade.
Practical structure
- One primary H1 that describes the page topic
- H2/H3 sections that nest logically (no skipping for decoration)
- Don’t hide the only H1 in a logo image without text
- Complement — don’t duplicate — the title tag
While you are in the HTML, fix missing ALT text on content images in the same pass.
